Call to Order.
Chair Angie Dehn called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
Roll Call: Chair Angie Dehn; Commissioners: Jim Breitbach, Angela Hilde, Kitty Baltos,
Travis Rittenbach, Doug Cassady, Cara Husak, and Derrick Stark.
City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp and City Council Member Vern Heidner.
Staff: Ross Demant, Parks and Recreation Director, Nick Jacobs, Park Maintenance, Kurt
Neidermeier, Utility Manager
Others: Wright County Sheriff Deputy, Eric Thole
1. Open Forum.
2. Consider Agenda Approval.
Commissioner Cassady motioned to approve the agenda. Seconded by
Commissioner Hilde. All in favor. Motion carried.
3. Consider Meeting Minutes.
3.1 July 18, 2017 Regular Meeting Minutes.
Commissioner Baltos motioned to approve the regular minutes as
written. Seconded by Commissioner Stark. All in favor. Motion
carried.
4. Unfinished Business.
5. New Business.
5.1 Frankfort Park Discussion.
Parks and Recreation Director Demant discussed the park amenities and the current
development happening to the east and south of the park .
5.2 Agreement with Community Education.
Parks and Recreation Director Demant presented and discussed the guidelines and
parameters of the proposed agreement with Community Education.
6. Parks and Recreation Director Update.
7. City Council Reports.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp updated the commissioners.
8. Adjourn.

Breitbach. All in favor. Motion carried. Adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
