RESOLUTION NO. 2009-03
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF JUDY HUDSON AS CITY
CLERK OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
WHEREAS, Judy Hudson has submitted a letter of resignation from her position as City
Clerk of the City of Otsego effective on March 23, 2009, and
WHEREAS, said letter is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Otsego resolves as follows:
1. The City Council does hereby reluctantly accept the resignation of Judy Hudson
as the City Clerk of the City of Otsego effective March 23, 2009.
2. The City Council does hereby commend Judy Hudson for her years of faithful,
efficient and dedicated service to the City of Otsego.
3. Good luck, Judy. We will all miss you, especially around election time.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 23'd day of March, 2009.
