RESOLUTION NO. 2017-90
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY OF OTSEGO ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
PLAT NO. 3.
WHEREAS, the City has drafted for recording CITY OF OTSEGO ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT No. 3 covering properties within of Otsego Project No.
2018-01, attached to this resolution; and
WHEREAS, said Plat incorporates changes made during the course of drafting
final plans for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the attached Plat requires City Council approval prior to recording.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Otsego, Wright County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the attached CITY OF OTSEGO ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 3.
ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2017.
