RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON
STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the council adopted July 14th, 2008, a report has
been prepared by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the
stormwater pollution prevention plan dated June 14th, 2008;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held regarding the stormwater pollution
prevention plan on the 11th day of May, 2009 in the council chambers of the city hall at
6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the city council this 13th day of April, 2009.
