BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Riverview Liquorette will have a new owner starting December 1. The applicant, ARF Enterprises, LLC, has
submitted an application for an Off -Sale liquor license at 15682 90th Street NE, Otsego, MN 55330. City staff
has received all the necessary paperwork, fees and the background check has been completed. City staff
recommends approval.
