ORDINANCE NO,. 96-11
CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the Otsego Zoning Ordinance is hereby
amended to change the zoning classifications of the following described properties:
See Exhibits A through C
. Section 2. The following described properties are hereby rezoned from A-1,
Agricultural, Rural Service to R-3, Residential, Immediate Urban Service:
See Exhibit A
Section 3. The following described properties are hereby rezoned from A-1,
Agricultural Rural Service to B-3, General. Business.
See Exhibit B
Section 4. The following described properties are hereby rezoned from A-1,
Agricultural Rural service to 1-1, Limited Industrial.
See Exhibit C
Section 5. The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make appropriate
changes in the official zoning map of the City of Otsego to reflect the changes in zoning
classification as set forth above.
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
