CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING NORTHWEST ASSOICATED CONSULTANTS, INC.
AS THE ZONING ADMINSTRATOR FOR THE CITY OF OTSEGO.
WHEREAS, Chapter 20, Section 11 of the Otsego City Code establishes the
position of Zoning Administrator to carry out administration and enforcement of the
Zoning Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator position is currently vacant with the
retirement of Judy Hudson; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego is contracted with Northwest Associated
Consultants, Inc. to provide professional planning services; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Northwest Associated
Consultants, Inc. is qualified and capable for serving as the Zoning Administrator as
part of its services to the City of Otsego; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OTSEGO THAT Northwest Associated Consultants Inc. is hereby appointed as the
Zoning Administrator for the City of Otsego.
