ACCEPTING QUOTE
WHEREAS, REAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of City of
Otsego, Needham Avenue Drainage Improvements s Phase I, quotes were received,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following quote was received:

Dere Perkins Contracting, Inc. $39,234,00
AND WHEREAS, it appears that Dere Perkins contracting, Inc of Ramsey,
Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:

The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to eater into a
contract with Dare Perkins Contracting, Inc ofRamsey, Minnesota in the rare of the
City of Otsego for Needham Avenue Drainage improvements — Phase I according t
the plans and specifications therefore approved by the city council and on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the city council this 12th day of August, 2913,
