CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING POLICIES FOR ELECTED OFFICIAL OUT OF STATE
TRAVEL.
WHEREAS, members of the City Council may travel out of state on behalf of the
City in the course of their duties; and,
WHEREAS, City Council deemed it necessary to have policies related to out of
state travel by elected officials for official City business; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council directed City staff to prepare Policy 1.02 in the form
attached hereto establishing policies for elected official out of state travel; and,
WHEREAS, the City Clerk shall keep Policy 1.02 on file at City Hall, 8899
Nashua Avenue NE, Otsego, MN 55330 which may be reviewed during business hours.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OTSEGO THAT POLICY 1.02 IS HEREBY ADOPTED IN THE FORM ATTACHED
HERETO.
