OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER

Call to Order.
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Jason Warehime, Corey
Tanner and Tom Darkenwald. Staff: Adam Flaherty, City Administrator/Finance Director; Daniel
Licht, City Planner; Ron Wagner, City Engineer; Kurt Neidermeier, Utility Manager and Tami
Loff, City Clerk. Also present: AE2S Engineer Scott Schaefer.
1. Wastewater Master Plan.
AE2S Engineer Scott Schaefer presented the Otsego Wastewater Master Plan; which included
phasing costs and the required future improvements for the west and east facilities. These were
outlined in the attachments provided in the packet.
To be considered for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund the City has noticed a public
hearing for this evening at the regular City Council meeting. AE2S Engineer Schaefer said
The Clean Water State Revolving Fund consideration could result in some significant savings to
the City. The next step would be to submit the plan to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency
for approval.
2. Adjourn.
CM Warehime motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Tanner. All in favor. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:03 PM.
