At a previous council meeting held January 22, 2018, City Council approved entering into an agreement
authorizing MNDOT to act as the govern the distribution of Federal Funds on any Federal Aid projects
within Otsego.

RESOLUTION NO: 2018-19
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE THE DELEGATED CONTRACTING PROCESS
AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, that pursuant to Minnesota Stat. Sec 161.36, the Commissioner of Transportation be
appointed as Agent of the City of Otsego to accept as its agent, federal aid funds which may be made
available for eligible transportation related project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Otsego City Council, the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed for an on behalf of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the
commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid participation as set
forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement No. 1029988", a copy of
which said agreement was before the City Council and which is made a part hereof by reference.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 26t" day of February, 2018.
