City staff is recommending that the City Council review the proposed meeting schedule for the 2019
budget process and to call for special meetings for review of the budget and property tax levies.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
City staff has developed the proposed meeting schedule for the 2019 budget process. The schedule
includes specific dates and objectives in order to provide ample opportunity to review the property tax
levies and general fund budget prior to preliminary certification in September.
