The Council has established a policy regarding gifts and donations to the City. Lisa Fahey has donated

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION FROM LISA FAHEY To THE CITY of
OTSEGO of TWO OFFICE DESKS AND TEN CHAIRS
WHEREAS, Lisa Fahey has made a donation of a two executive de l s and tern chairs to
the City of Otsego; and,
WHEREAS, EAS, the donation to the City is for the purpose of providing workspace at City.
Hall/Prairie Center and chairs for the Heritage Preservation Commission room at the Prairie
Center building, and
WHEREAS, the City has adopted Resolution 2012-32 establishing a policy regarding
gifts and donations to the City; a'nd,
WHEREAS, the Lisa Fahey donation is consistent with the criteria and intent of the
policy; and
WHEREAS, the City is very appreciative of the gift from Lisa Fahey.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED lED y the City Council of the City of Otsego that
the donation from Lisa Fahey is hereby accepted.
