Motion orriedS Administration. ,1 Consider Issuance of revenue Bonds to finance a senior housing and health care development in the Citv of Albertville, Minnesot l City Administrator Johnson presented the staff report. Jim Bartz, CFO of Evans Parc, Inc. was present and thanked the City Council for the consideration. CM Schroeder motioned to approve Resolution 2013-47 authorizing and providing for the issuance and sale of revenue bonds in an aggregate amount up to $10,000,000, at the request of Evans Park, Inc,,, and approving the forms of documents required in connection therewith. Seconded by Mayor Stockamp. Ali in furor. Motion carried. 1 City Council Reports and Updates. Mayor Stockamp requested an update from City Planner Licht on his meeting with CARR regarding the old town hail site. City Planner Licht stated that CAER does have some interest in using th ''l ti ' clothing 'don tion and access site. He further stated that City staff will forward the Building Departmenft list of required improvements for their CAEWs review. Staff Reports and Updates. City Administrator Johnson said she was visited by a New York Times reporter today. Th reporter is doing ars article on single family housing and Otsego was mentioned by land developers as a City with strong housing building and development. City Administrator Johnson said the city received a resignation from Finance Assistant Sue Frisch on Friday; her Inst day is September 6. City Administrator Johnson indicated that Administrative Services Director Jordot and she would make a recommendation for Ring the position at an upcoming Council meotingl City Engineer Wagner said the tura lanes on County Road 42 by the elementary school have been completed and also gave an update on the soccer field projetft.
