The Festival starts with an opening flag ceremony at 10:00 a..m by the Wright County Sheriff Horse Patrol. Construction Update Highway 101 is in its second year of construction and is on schedule to be completed NO S in 2008. The good weather has kept everything going as planned. Three of the four Highway 101 interchanges will be completed and opened for public use this year. These interchanges are County roads 36, 37, and 42. Construction at County Road 39 from the began just this summer and will be completed near the end of 2008. M yf o R The Super Target Store construction is to begin no later than September 2007 and is nned to open about the same time the Highway 101 project is completed. When this The I expect to see many more new businesses come to Otsego. As you know, the housing market is somewhat slow. New homes still sell quite well by [1lajor Larry Fournier in Otsego. We expect the new housing market to fall well within the City Council's y guide lines for number of new homes being constructed. Otsego's festival, "The great Otsego get together" will be held on Saturday September 15`h. It has been a huge success in past years and promises to be even bigger and better this year. Neighborhood parks completed Otsego's three new city parks have been completed this summer. Beaudry _ Meadows, Kittredge and Zimmer } parks are neighborhood parks that ti include a picnic shelter, tables, _ , benches, grills, and play equipment — " - for tots as well as older children. There are tennis and basketball courts, ball fields, horseshoe pits, parking areas and walking paths.
