An excellent example of highly developed agricultural activity in the m.< early 1900s is the well-preserved a t round dairy barn on Parrish Avenue. 40, It is believed to be the only .' . ..4 e, surviving round barn in Wright i= 21-1004 fait County. According to an oral history interview with Al LeFebvre, the barn was built around 1915 with local lumber and stone. Joe LeFebvre engineered the building, assisted by his brother Noel. The upper section is used for hay storage. Cattle are housed on the ground level. The 1895 census shows the earliest listing of the LeFebvre family in Otsego: Ferdinand, his wife, Estella, and three children. The 1910 census lists the family with seven children, including Joseph and Noel.
