All dogs must be on the OFFICE HOURS premises of the owner, confined, or under control of a responsible person. The law also Monday through Thursday forbids vicious or destructive dogs. A dog may not habitually bark, howl or cry 8:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m. between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., disturbing other people. Closed Fridays CITY COUNCIL If residents encounter nuisance dogs, they are encouraged to speak to Mayor the owner about the problem. If this does not improve the situation or Larry Fournier the owner is unknown, residents should try to confine the dog and Council Members Suzanne M.S.Ackerman report it to the Wright County Sheriff department(763-682-1162)or Vern Heidner City Hall who will contact animal control.
