OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER
JUNE 25, 2018
Call to Order.
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 8:17 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Jason Warehime and Corey
Tanner. Absent: Councilmember Tom Darkenwald. Staff: Adam Flaherty, City Administrator/
Finance Director and Tami Loff, City Clerk.
1. 2019 Budget Discussion.
City Administrator/Finance Director Flaherty continued the budget discussion by reviewing in
detail the special revenue funds which included the Street Light District, Development Revolving
and Tax Increment District No. 1- Great River Centre. He also reviewed a combined budget
summary for the special revenue funds. City Administrator/Finance Director Flaherty also
reviewed the debt service funds as well as a combined budget summary for the debt service
fund. The City Council concurred as presented.
City Administrator/Finance Director Flaherty also reviewed the property tax levy summary. The
City Council concurred as presented.
The next budget meeting for review of the General Fund will be July 30 at 6PM.
2. Adjourn.
CM Warehime motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Tanner. All in favor. Motion
carried 4-0. The meeting adjourned at 8:56 PM.
