AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 90 THE OTSEGO (WRIGHT
COUNTY) SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ESTABLISHING A
REVISED SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY.
THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAIN:
Section

Repeal:
The Otsego
Subdivision Ordinance,
Ordinance No.
90
is hereby
repealed in
its entirety.
Section 2. Establishment: The Otsego City Code Chapter 21
(attached hereto as Exhibit 1) is hereby established as the
Subdivision Regulation of the City.
Section 3. Enactment: This Ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
