CITY OF OTSEGO
WRIGHT COUNTY, MIN,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO #91-1
The City Council of the City of Otsego ordains as follows:
Section 1. The Otsego Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to
rezone from A-2, General Agriculture, B-2, General Business and
Wild and Scenic River to a combination PUD, Planned Unit
Development/Wild and Scenic District the following described
land within the City of Otsego, Minnesota:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
and Government Lot 1 of Section 14, Township 121, Range 24,
Wright County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing
at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 14; thence north
along the east line of said Section 14, a distance of
1130.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be
described; thence west deflecting 77 degrees 46 minutes
left, a distance of 352.00 feet; thence northwest deflecting
9 degrees 55 minutes 00 sections right, a distance of 234.00
feet; thence north deflecting 63 degrees 53 minutes 00
seconds right, a distance of 202.30 feet; thence east
deflecting 91 degrees 35 minutes 44 seconds right, a
distance of 575.41 feet to said east line of Section 14;
thence south deflecting 92 degrees 22 minutes 16 seconds
right along said east line, a distance of 388.51 feet to the
point of beginning.
ALSO:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
and that part of Government Lot 1 of Section 14, Township
121, Range 24, Wright county, Minnesota described as
follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Wright County
State Aid Road No. 39 and the west line of the East Half of
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 14; thence north along
the west line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter to
a point which is the southwest corner of a tract of land
deeded to Harold W. Naaktgeboren and Ann C. Naaktgeboren,
husband and wife as recorded in Book 206 of Deeds, page 595
in the Office of the County Recorder, Wright County,
Minnesota; thence southeasterly along the southerly boundary
of said Naaktgeboren land to the east line of said East Half
Minnesota; thence southeasterly along the southerly boundary
of said Naaktgeboren land to the east line of said East Half
of the Northeast Quarter; thence south along said east line
to said center line of Wright County State Aid Road No. 39;
thence northwesterly along said center line to the point of
beginning. Except the West 460.00 feet of said East Half of
the Northeast Quarter.
ALSO:
That part of Lot 2 and Lot A of the Plat of Subdivision of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 121, Range 24
(according to the recorded plat thereof) Wright county,
Minnesota lying north of a line described as follows:
Beginning at. a point on the west line of said Northwest
Quarter distant 1046.25 feet north of the southwest corner
of said Northwest Quarter; thence east at right angles from
said west line to the east line of said Lot 2 and said line
there terminating. Together with an easement on a strip of
land 16.5 feet wide to be used for ingress and egress to the
above described property the South line of which is
described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of
the above described tract; thence East following the South
line of said tract 378.2 feet to the east line of said Lot 2
and there terminating. Also an easement on a trip of land
33.0 feet wide to be used for ingress and egress lying West
of the following described line: Beginning at the point of
termination of the above described 16.5 foot strip of land;
thence South along the East line of Lot 2 to the Northerly
right-of-way line of Wright County State Aid Road No. 39 and
there terminating. Containing 34.4 acres more or less and
subject to the right-of-way of Wright County State Aid Road
No. 39 over the south side thereof and subject to easements
of record if any.
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Otsego shall not
be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall
appropriately mark the Zoning Map on file in the clerk's office
for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided
for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and
other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its publication according to law.
