Recommendation to add Administrative Services Director Dan Jordet as an authorized City
representative for banking and investment purposes.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Administrative Services Director Dan Jordet's name needs to be added to various bank and investment
accounts as an authorized City representative. This information has previously been provided to the
banks; however, at least one bank has requested a motion by the City Council before the bank will
officially change the account authorizations.

Motion to remove Gary Groen as an authorized City representative from all bank and investment
accounts retroactive to June 14 and and to add Daniel Jordet as an authorized City representative from
all bank and investment accounts.
