CITY OF OTSEGO
WRIGHT COUNTY, MUMSOTA
AN ORDINANCE AmlDING ORDINANCE NO. 91-1 BBING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO.
The City Council of the City of Otsego ordains as follows:
Section 1. The Otsego Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to
rezone from A-2, General Agriculture to R-1, Urban/Rural
Transition, the following described land located within the City
of Otsego, Minnesota.
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 16, Township 121, Range 23, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 300 feet east of the
Southwest corner thereof; thence north 150 feet parallel
with the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter to the actual Point of Beginning; thence
continue north parallel with said West line 553.5 feet, more
or less, to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of County
Road No. it (now known as County Road No. 39); thence
southeasterly along said right-of-way line 165 feet; thence
south parallel with said West line 484.7 feet; thence
westerly 150 feet, more or less, to the actual Point of
Beginning described herein.
Also:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 121, Range
23; thence west along the South line thereof 605 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence north parallel with the East line
of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 503 feet
to the South line of said County Road 39; thence northwest
along said South line of County Road 39 for 314.5 feet;
thence south parallel with the West line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 484.7 feet; thence west
parallel with said South line 150 feet; thence north
parallel with said West line 388 feet; thence west parallel
with said South line 70 feet; thence south parallel with
said West line 538 feet to said South line of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence east along said
South line 505.5 feet to the Point of Beginning.
and to be subsequently described as:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Pludes Addition
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Otsego shall not
be republished to show the aforesaid zoning but the Clerk shall
appropriately mark the Zoning Map on file in the Clerk's office
for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided
for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and
other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its publication according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 23rd day of
September 1991.
