AN ORDINANCE AWMDING. THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO TO
PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the Otsego Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of
the following described property:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A
Section 2. The above mentioned property is hereby rezoned
from A-1, Agricultural -Rural Service District to I-1, Limited
Industrial District.
Section 3. The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to
make the appropriate change in the official zoning map of the City
of Otsego to reflect the change in zoning classification as set
forth above.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 12th day of September
1994.
