ADT ORDINANCE ANENDING ORDINANCE NO. 94-3 PROVIDING FOR THE
ACCEPTANCE, PROCESSING AND DECISION ON PRELIMINARY PLATS AND
RESONINGS WITHIN THE PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED "LEFEVBRE WATERSHED
DISTRICT" AS GRAPHICALLY ILLUSTRATED ON EBHIBIT A.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 94-3 and 94-5 is hereby
amended by adding the following provision:
7. Application, processing and action shall be
allowed upon any preliminary plat or rezoning
within the moratorium area after the effective date
of this amendment.
Section 2, This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and publication.
