BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
All work has been completed regarding paving at the West Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Pay Estimate #1 (Final) is for $68,508.00, which is favorable compared to the original quoted price of
$78,130. This is due to the contractor being able to use aggregate base material that was on site and
additional material stored at the Public Works campus.
