Staff recommends approval of Peterson Companies, Inc. final pay request in the amount of $12,887.93 for
construction of Lefebvre Creek Park.

BACKGROLIN D/J USTIACATION:
The construction of Lefebvre Creek Park is close to completion. The two outstanding items yet to be
completed are a surface for the port -o -potty unit to be placed on, and installation of the basketball
standard. Both items are to be completed by staff and are scheduled to be installed in the spring of 2019.
Final payment is being requested from Peterson Companies for their portion of the construction. Included
in their pay request is a change order totaling $4,451 which was for finish grading the site. This change
order was added since the initial site grading, which was completed by the developer, was completed prior
to the construction of the park and was not to finish standards for parks turf.
Billing for the completed work matches all the quoted totals. All work has been inspected and verified as
being complete.
