AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OTSEGO ORDINANCE NO. 94-7 WHICH ESTABLISHED
THE OTSEGO CREEK STORE[ SERER TAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, BY CHANGING
THE GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT.
The City of Otsego ordains as follows:
Section 1. Change of Boundaries. Section 2 of Ordinance No.94-7 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. Establishment of District. There is hereby
established a Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District
encompassing those delineated properties either wholly or
partially within the geographical area designated as the
Otsego Creek Watershed and outlined on the attached Exhibit
A-1 which is herein incorporated by reference.
Exhibit A-1 replaces Exhibit A and contains a description of the
newly amended boundaries which are herein changed to reflect more
accurately the actual boundary of the district based upon newly
collected and more accurate information.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance Amendment shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Otsego this 10TH day
of April , 1995.

seconded by Councilperson Larry Fournter.
