95-25ORDINANCE NO. 95 -_2a - CITY OF OTSEGO COUNTY OF WRIGRT, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AAMDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The official zoning map of the Otsego Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the following described property: Section 2. The above described property is hereby rezoned from a combination B-2, Highway Commemial/R 1, ResidentialrLong Range Urban Service District to an INS, Institutional District designation. Section 3. The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make appropriate change in the oficiai zoning map of the City of Otsego to reflect the change in zoning classification as set forth above. Section 4.
