AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OTSEGO ORDINANCE NO. 95-9 BY
CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE STORM SEWER TAX
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ENCOMPASSING PORTIONS OF THE
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF THE RICE- FOSTER LAKE WATERSHED.
THE CITY OF OTSEGO ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. AMENDMENT OF BOUNDARIES. The established area of the
previously designated Storm Sewer Tax Improvement District encompassing
portions of the geographical area of the Rice- Foster Lake Watershed District is
hereby reduced, excluding the lands as set forth on attached Exhibit A. Said
Exhibit A, attached, supersedes and replaces the boundaries established within the
original ordinance, Otsego Ordinance No.9 5 -9
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and publication.
ADOPTED BY THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL this 27`h day of November,
2000.

• The East 400' of the NE %4 of the NE 1/a of Section 34, Twp. 118, Range 23.
• SE 1/4 of SE V4 of Section 27, Twp. 118, Range 23.
• SE %4 of SW V4 of SE 1/a Section 27, Twp. 118, Range 23.
• SW 1/4 of SW V4 of the SW 1/a of Section 26, Twp. 118, Range 23.
