CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OR WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO TO
PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the Otsego Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of
the following described property:
The North 830 feet of the West Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 20, Township 121, Range 23, Wright
County, Minnesota. Together with that part of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 20, lying easterly of the centerline of Nashua
Avenue N.E., and lying northerly of the Westerly
extension of the south line of said North 830 feet of the
West Half of the Southeast Quarter.
EXCEPTING therefrom the North 241.71 feet of
the West 208.71, as measured along the West
and North lines respectively, of said West
Half of the southeast Quarter; Also excepting
that part of said Northeast Quarter of the
southwest Quarter lying easterly of said
centerline of Nashua Avenue N.E. and lying
northerly of the Westerly extension of the
South line of said North 241.71 feet of the
West Half of the Southeast Quarter.
Containing 24.50 acres, more or less. Subject to that
part taken for 85th street N.E. over and across the North
33 feet thereof; and for said Nashua Avenue N.E over and
across the West 33 feet thereof. Also subject to other
easements of record, if any.
Section 2. The above described property is hereby rezoned
from A-1, Agricultural Rural Service District to A-2, Agricultural,
Long Range Urban Service District.

Section 3. The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to
make appropriate change in the official zoning map of the City of
Otsego to reflect the change in zoning classification as set forth
above.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and publication.
