ORDINANCE NO--Q-Q- 2 2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OTSEGO ORDINANCE NO. 9 5 -11 BY
EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE STORM SEWER TAX
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ENCOMPASSING PORTIONS OF THE
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF THE LEFEBVRE WATERSHED.
THE CITY OF OTSEGO ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. AMENDMENT OF BOUNDARIES. The established area of the
previously designated Storm Sewer Tax Improvement District encompassing
portions of the geographical area of the Lefebvre Watershed District is hereby
expanded to include additional lands as set forth on attached Exhibit A. Said
Exhibit A, attached, supersedes and replaces the boundaries established within the
original ordinance, Otsego Ordinance No. 9 5 -1 1
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and publication.
ADOPTED BY THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL this 27`h day of November,
2000.

• The North 500' of the West 750 feet of NW %4 of NW '/a of Section 35, Twp.
118, Range 23.
• The East 400' of the NE %4 of the NE'/4 of Section 34, Twp. 118, Range 23.
• SE '/4 of SE '/a of Section 27, Twp. 118, Range 23.
• SE '/4 of SW '/4 of SE %4 Section 27, Twp. 118, Range 23.
• SW '/4 of SW Y4 of the SW '/4 of Section 26, Twp. 118, Range 23.
• The west 750 feet of NW '/4 of NW '/a of Section 35, Twp. 118, Range 23,
except the N 500 feet thereof.
• All of the SW '/4 of SW %a of the Section 26 except the SW '/4 thereof.
