RESOLUTION NO. 2018-76
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES WITHIN THE CITY
OF OTSEGO.
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Section 204B.16, subd. 1 requires by December
31 of each year the governing body of each municipality and of each county with
precincts in unorganized territory must designate by ordinance or resolution a
polling location place for each election precinct. The polling place designation are
for the following calendar year; and,
WHEREAS, the Wright County Auditor's Office is requesting confirmation of
Otsego's polling locations by December 31, 2018, and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Otsego, County of Wright, and State of Minnesota hereby establishes the voting
precincts and polling places as shown on Exhibit A and summarized as follows:
• Precinct 1A, Prairie Center, 8899 Nashua Avenue NE;
• Precinct 2A, Otsego Elementary, 8125 River Road NE;
• Precinct 3, (combined polling location with Precinct 2A), Otsego
Elementary, 8125 River Road NE.
