AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE WRIGHT COUNTY
ZONING ORDINANCE AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF
WRIGHT COUNTY AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF OTSEGO.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Otsego as follows:

Section 1. Zoning. The Wright County Zoning Ordinance,
adopted July 1978 and recorded as micro card number 328710 in the
Office of the City Recorder, Wright County, Minnesota, shall be
in effect as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Otsego, a copy
of said Ordinance shall be on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
Section 2. Subdivision. The Subdivision Ordinance of
Wright County, adopted December 1979 and recorded as micro card
number 346395 in the Office of the County Recorder, Wright
County, MInnesota, shall be in effect as the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of Otsego,. a copy of said Ordinance shall
be on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 3. Ordinance Number 8. An Interim Ordinance
Placing a Twelve Month Moratorium on the Construction of Certain
Accessory Buildings Within the R-1 Residential Areas of the Town
of Otsego, as adopted July 1990, shall remain in effect with
passage of this ordinance, a copy of said ordinance shall be on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 4. Ordinance Number 9. An Ordinance Regulating
Mining and Establishing Standards for the Extraction of Sand and
Gravel,- Providing for the Issuance of Permits and a Penalty for
the Violation Thereof, as adopted July 1990, shall remain in
effect with passage of this ordinance, a copy of said ordinance
shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk.
This Ordinance was published in the Elk River Star News
on the 28TH day of November, 1990.

Section 5. Effective Data of Ordinance. The Ordinance
shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and
publication according to law.
