Modifications for Pumphouse #4 to Burschville Construction.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Burschville Construction completed the modifications to the piping network between Well #7 and
Pumphouse #4 in the late fall of 2017. All testing has passed and Well #7 is fully operational. A 10%
retainage was held from the first pay estimate. Pay Estimate #2 is the release of this retainage.
