CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE REGARDING MASSAGE BUSINESS
LICENSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 4-8-6.A of the City Code (Massage Businesses and Services
— Renewal Licenses) is hereby amended to read as follows:
A. Term Of Renewal; Expiration: Each renewal license shall be issued for a
maximum period of one W year. All r„onses expire on January 31 of eaGh your
