RESOLUTION 92-44
RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED ADOPTION OF A REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, the Otsego Economic Development Authority (hereinafter
"Authority") has submitted a Redevelopment Plan for the Otsego
Community Center (hereinafter "Plan") to the Otsego Planning
Commission (hereinafter "Commission") for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plan and has found it
proper and sufficient; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Otsego (hereinafter "Council") has
reviewed the Plan and found it proper and sufficient ; and
WHEREAS, the Council must seek public comment and input on the Plan
and consider its implementation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Otsego, Minnesota (hereinafter "City"), as follows:

1. Public Hearing. This Council meet on cNXX30W 9 , 1992
at approximately 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing
on the proposed adoption of a Redevelopment Plan and the
establishment of a Redevelopment Project Area, pursuant to and in
accordance with Minnesota Statues, Sections 469.028, as amended.
2. Notice of Hearing: Filing of Plan. The City Clerk is
hereby authorized to cause a notice of the hearing, substantially
in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be published once not
less than 10 nor more than 30 days prior to the hearing and to
place a copy of the proposed Redevelopment Plan on file in the City
clerk's Office at City Hall and to make such copies available for
inspection by the public.
The following Council Members voted in favor of the
resolution:
Ron Black Floyd Roden
Douglas Lindenfelser Larry Fournier
No Council Members voted against the resolution.
