and Tuesday, April 30, 2019 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for the employee meeting on the Strategic Plan.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
In line with the City Strategic Plan, City Staff has set up a team building/training event for employees on
Tuesday, April 16. City staff is looking for approval to close City Hall from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm for the
employee training to be held at Prairie Center; allowing all employees to be involved without interruption.
This was discussed at the February Administrative Subcommittee and was recommended for approval.
In addition, City staff is looking for approval to close City Hall Tuesday, April 30 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
to be held at Prairie Center; for the employee and City Council review of the Strategic Plan that was held
February 9, 2019. This also will give time for uninterrupted discussions. Lunch will be provided.
