A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning from A-1 District to R-4 District and R-5 District.
B. PUD -CUP related to lot requirements.
C. Preliminary Plat.
D. Vacation of existing drainage and utility easement.
3.2 Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc.: (Per applicant this will be continued to May 6)
A. Concept Plan for development of a 100 acre auto auction facility.
3.3 Gilman:
A. Zoning Map amendment to rezone the property from R-2, Residential Long Range Urban
Service District (Large Lot) to A-1, Agriculture Rural Service District.
3.4 Hanson Heights:
A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning from A-1 District to R-4 District.
B. PUD -CUP related to lot requirements.
C. Preliminary plat.
4. Update on City Council actions.
5. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items.
6. Adjourn.
