1. Approve Agenda: Motioned by Bill Abderhalden and seconded by Jim Breitbach. Approved unani-
mously
2. Approve meeting minutes from January 8th, 2019. Motioned by Bill Abderhalden and seconded by
Dan Freiberg. Approved Unanimously.
3. Open forum
-County Road 39 improvement project meeting was well attended.
-City posted information about storm drain clearance to prevent road flooding.

-Otsego has been relatively quiet other than a few snowmobile incidents.
Old business:
Steve Dittbenner answered questions regarding ambulance responses to Otsego and how Elk River
Ambulance provides services. Questions were fielded on potential areas to look at to enhance services.
The potential for staging an ambulance in Otsego can be discussed when the city has a facility that can
house the ambulance and staff.

Chair: Jim Breitbach nominates Bill Abderhalden for Chair. Nomination seconded by Dan Freiberg. Bill
Abderahlden voted Chair unanimously.
Vice -Chair: Jim Breitbach nominates Dan Freiberg. Nomination seconded by Bill Abderhalden. Dan
Freiberg voted Vice -Chair unanimously.
Secretary: Bill Abderhalden nominates Greg Hubbard for Secretary. Nomination seconded by Dan
Freiberg. Greg Hubbard voted Secretary unanimously.
Motion to adjourn by Bill Abderhalden, seconded by Jim Breitbach. Approve unanimously.
