CITY OF OTSEGO
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Otsego adopted on the 27TH day of January, 1992, fixed the
date for a Hearing on the following proposed improvement:
S.T. H. 101 Access Road (ouale Avenue) between N.E.
65TH Street and C.S.A.H. #37, Otsego, Minnesota
AND, WHEREAS, ten (10) days published notice of hearing
through two (2) weekly publications and mailed notices
required by law were given, and posted notice was given of
the hearing which was held on March 30, 1992 at 7:30PM, at
which time all persons desiring to be heard were given the
opportunity to be heard; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL -OF
THE CITY OF OTSEGO, WRIGHT COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA=
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in that
City Council Resolution adopted March 9, 1992.
2. Hakanson-Anderson Assoc., Inc is hereby designated the
engineer for the project. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
