BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Biosolids Building design progress has reached its 30% check in point. Scott Schaefer with AE2S
Engineering will present at a May 28th Council workshop the proposed building layout and amenities,
review decisions and recommendations, review cost and seek confirmation of those recommendations.

Motion to call for a special City Council meeting on May 28, 2019 at 6:OOPM to be held at the Prairie Center
to provide an update and discussion of the WWTF biosolids facility and processing design.
