3. Public Hearing Items:
3.1 Kolles/Valerius:
A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning from A-1 District to A-2 District.
B. Conditional Use Permit to allow 1 lot less than 20 acres in area and 450 feet in width.
3.2 Great River Centre Office Building:
A. PUD Development Stage Plan for an office building.
B. Preliminary Plat and Final Plat.
3.3 Carron Addition:
A. Variance to allow density greater than 1 dwelling unit per 10 acres within an A-2
District.
B. Conditional use permit to allow for subdivision of a lot into two lots each with an area
less than 20 acres in area within an A-2 District
C. Preliminary and final plat.
4. Update on City Council actions.
5. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items.
6. Adjourn.
