Yes – 28 May 2019
BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
TC Homes, Inc. is constructing townhouse buildings within Kittredge Crossings 7th Addition. The builder has
encountered an issue siting a townhouse building on Lot 1, Block 13 due to a drainage and utility
easement. The builder has applied to vacate a portion of the drainage and utility easement to allow for the
building footprint. A public hearing has been noticed to consider the proposed vacation. The City Engineer
has reviewed the application and determined that the easement can be vacated without impacting
stormwater drainage or utilities. City staff has drafted a resolution for consideration and adoption by the
City Council following closure of the public hearing.
