City staff received resignation from Planning Commissioner Roger Mord. Mr. Mords seat was to expire
February 28, 2020; City -staff recommends appointing the current alternate seat holder Vern Heidner to
that open seat and approve advertising the alternate seat opening on the City website.

• Motion to accept the resignation of Roger Mord from the Otsego Planning Commission and thank
him for his service to the City.
And;
Motion to appoint Vern Heidner to fill the open to seat to expire February 28, 2020 and advertise
the Planning Commission alternate seat opening.

from the Otsego City Planning Commission, effective immediately.
