City staff is recommending that the City Council approve the hiring of three seasonal employees.

BACKGROUND/J USTI FI CATI O N:
Dirk Udee, Matt Chuba and Wesley Haynes are being recommended as summer seasonal employees for
the Streets Department. Dirk Udee is a returning summer seasonal employee and we are recommending
that he be hired at a rate of $16.50/hr. Dirk has been helping the department for many summers
throughout the years and he is very knowledgeable. Matt Chuba and Wesley Haynes would be new
summer seasonal employees for the department and are being recommended for hire at $12/hr.
All three have successfully passed the background check and drug test. Their potential start dates vary
from May 29th to June 12tH
