Staff recommends approval of Sunram Construction, Inc. Pay Request #5 in the amount of $38,229.05 for
the construction of Norin Landing Park.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Construction of Norin Landing Park began in August 2018 and is slated for completion this summer.
Sunram Construction, Inc. has submitted their fifth pay request in the amount of $40,241.10. In
accordance with Minnesota State Statue 337.10, the City is withholding the maximum 5% retainage of
work completed, which on this pay request accounts for $2,012.05, for a total retainage withholding of
$24,025.37. After factoring the 5% retainage, Sunram Construction Inc. request is for $38,229.05.
