ORDINANCE AMENDING OTSEGO SUNDAY LIQUOR ORDINANCE NO. 98-
8, SECTION 3 TO EXPAND TIME FOR SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR
ON SUNDAYS TO THE HOURS OF 10 A.M. TO 1 A.M. MONDAY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 98-8 is amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. Sunday Hours. The sale of on -sale intoxicating liquor on Sundays is allowed
between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on Monday. Establishments serving liquor
on Sundays must obtain a special license as provided in Section 1 above."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment shall be in force and in effect after
its passage and publication according to law.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 2 4 day of February, 2003.
