ORDINANCE NO. 2003 - 28
AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 2001-12
REGARDING SNOWMOBILES AND OTHER RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 8-1-5.13 of Ordinance 2001-12 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
B. Operation of a snowmobile within that portion of County Road 42 (Parrish
Avenue) from the bridge southward to County Road 39 is prohibited.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 27h Day of October 2003.
