Call to Order.
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Jason Warehime, Corey Tanner and Tina
Goede. Absent: Councilmember Tom Darkenwald. Staff: Adam Flaherty, City
Administrator/Finance Director; Ross Demant, Parks and Recreation Director; Kevin Lamson,
Street Operations Manager and Tami Loff, City Clerk.
1. 2020 Budget Discussion.
City Administrator/Finance Director Flaherty reviewed the property tax levy recommendations
for the following funds: Trails Management, Parks Equipment Replacement, Capital Equipment
Revolving, Fire Reserve, Storm Water, Capital Improvements, and City Buildings and Property
Maintenance, all in detail as outlined in the packet. The City Council concurred as presented.
The City Council discussed landscaping or signage at the future CSAH 39/CSAH 42 round about
and along the CSAH 39 corridor. The Council concurred with the concept of landscaping the
roundabout and medians near the 39/42 intersection. Since WSB is working on the project
design for Wright County, staff was directed to obtain a quote from WSB for the landscaping
design. The Council liked the idea of non -concrete medians for the rest of the corridor, but were
interested in the cost savings compared to the concrete medians, and directed staff to pursue
that information.

CM Warehime motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Tanner. All in favor. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:51 PM.
