Staff recommends hiring two individuals for the position of Seasonal Maintenance.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Staff is recommending hiring two individuals to fill budgeted seasonal positions in the Parks and Recreation
Department. The Seasonal, Temporary & Part-Time Pay Plan outlines a range of $12.00- $17.00 per hour
for the seasonal maintenance positions. The recommended hourly rates reflect the experience levels of
each individual. All recommended staff have undergone an initial interview, reference check, background
check, and passed a drug screening.
